I tried getting replacement parts for my Shure mic it turned into way more of a hassle than I expected. Some of the parts were out of stock or weirdly hard to track down, and while support was polite enough, I didn’t really feel like they helped much. It kind of felt like they made it my problem to figure everything out instead of making it easier to fix their own product...

It works fine for the most part, and I didn't have any trouble getting it set up. My quick rule of thumb is if I can record without thinking about the gear, it's doing its job. With this, though, I did notice some latency when recording vocals, enough that it pulled me out of the flow a bit. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something to keep in mind if you're doing a lot of vocal tracking.

It seems to charge kind of slowly for me, though I’m not totally sure if that’s just my setup or the charger itself. It still works, but I was expecting it to be a little faster...

Got my Shure earbuds and the bass is great. It hits strong but still sound clear, not all boomy and messy like some others. I’m happy with them so far

I’ve had my Shure mic for over a year now, and it’s been rock solid. I’ve dropped it a couple of times, tossed it in bags, taken it around with me, and it still works like nothing happened. No random cutouts, no weird issues, just dependable every time I use it. It really feels like one of those purchases you make once and then don’t have to think about again, which is such a relief.

i ordered from shure.com and everything arrived in good shape. the sound quality is definitely nice, but the volume doesn’t get as loud as i was expecting. i have to turn it up almost all the way sometimes. not a bad product, just a little disappointing for the price.

I picked up my Shure wireless setup last month it’s been reaaally solid so far. It connects super fast, and I haven’t had any weird dropouts, even when I’m moving around the room. Setup only took me a few minutes too, which was a nice surprise. Overall, I’m verrry happy with it.

People kept telling me my voice was cutting in and out, so I had to keep repeating myself like I was supposed to just patiently deal with it. it got annoying fast.

I use the Shure app with my earbuds and it’s easy to figure out. Pairing was quick, and I like that the settings aren’t hidden all over the place. The EQ and noise control sliders do what they’re supposed to do, so no real complaint there. My main issue is that the app sometimes takes a few seconds to connect when I open it, and yeah, it’s not a huge deal, but it’s annoying. It just keeps happening, and every time I’m sitting there waiting again, it feels irritating. Again, the app works, but the slow loading is the thing that bugs me over and over. Overall it does what I need without too much fuss, but I’d give it 5 stars if it connected faster and didn’t make me wait so often.

They sound good once I get a solid seal, but compared to other earbuds I’ve used, I find myself adjusting these a lot more. After wearing them for a while, the fit just starts to feel a little off. Not terrible, just not as comfortable or secure as I was hoping.

I’ve been using these mostly on my bus rides, and they do help cut down some of the outside noise. It’s nice when there’s just regular background sound going on. That said, I was hoping they’d block out a bit more. When I tried them in louder places, they didn’t do quite as much as I expected. Overall, they’re fine for everyday commuting, but I wouldn’t rely on them if you need serious noise blocking

I picked up these shure earbuds a few weeks ago, the battery life has been great. I use them for work calls, music, and walks, and you don’t feel like you’re constantly running back to the charger like with some other earbuds. The case holds a charge really well too. No complaints from me at all, easy 5 stars.

My snap judgment after a year with these Shure earbuds: they’re built way better than they look. I’ve dropped them, tossed them into bags, worn them at work, and generally not babied them at all, and they’re still going strong. I’m knocking off a star because the cable got a bit stiff after months of use, which is annoying, but nothing has actually broken. Overall, they feel solid and definitely seem made to last

I did get my Shure mic working eventually, so I guess that’s the main thing. The setup just took longer than I expected, mostly because the instructions felt kind of unclear in a few spots. Maybe it was me, but if I have to reread steps a bunch, I feel like that’s partly on the manual too. It’s not a bad product or anything, and now that it’s working I’m happy enough with it, but I wouldn’t call the setup super easy.

I did get my refund in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. Reading between the lines, it just seems like their process isn’t the fastest, because it took longer than I expected with not much happening in between. It all worked out, but you may need a little patience...

I feel a little misled by how they looked because I expected them to get uncomfortable fast. But I wore them for hours and my ears didn’t hurt once.

Packaging was fine, nothing was missing, and everything matched what I bought. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but since the order was accurate and I didn’t have to deal with any back-and-forth, I’m giving it 4 stars.
